Do you lack the confidence to experiment with Indian cookery? In this fun and informative day, you will be shown all the basics for you to be able to whip a culinary frenzy in your own kitchen. On this Indian cookery course you will cover traditional Indian recipes, covering topics such as party dishes, vegetarian main courses and some exciting and unusual side dishes. The use of spices and aromatic herbs will be explained in full so that you feel that you can season with confidence.
Guests will be guided through a hands-on cookery session, as well as benefiting from a comprehensive demonstration from your experience teacher. You will be provided with lunch, coffee, soft drinks and tea.

The minimum age to participate in this activity is 16 years old. If you have a stomach upset, you must not attend but you may be able to re-book subject to obtaining a doctors certificate. Please inform on booking food or wine allergies, if diabetic, pregnant or a vegetarian. You do not need any experience or qualifications to enjoy this activity.
